Verner Panton bar boy for A. Sommer 1963


Rare red bar boy designed by Verner Panton (1926-1998) for A. Sommer, Denmark 1963. This cool bar boy was made of cool red lacquered wood, didn’t even knew it existed in red but it is 100% original. The red lacquered plywood bar has 4 chrome high quality wheels. This bar is top quality, it is very heavy, still turns and rolls perfectly after nearly 50 years. It has 2 rotating units and the top as well. The bar is in a very good original condition just the chrome ball has some chrome loss. A very nice piece of design which is hard to find in this color and condition. Would look great in any modern design interior, home or office.
