Cees Braakman Pastoe sewing box 1950


Very cool and typical fifties colored sewing box designed by Cees Braakman for Pastoe ca 1950. There are many attributions about this sewing box but there is an existing video where Cees Braakman is making this exact sewing box, so it Isn’t Rietveld, thoug it was sold like several times, it is Pastoe! Completely wood, lacquered in red, grey and yellow. Looks highly decorative and is functional as well!
