Wilhelm Lutjens bookcase for Gouda den Boer 1953


Here for a very nice bookcase, model number 545 designed by Willem Lutjens for Gouda den Boer 1953. This is for the beech plywood version with black sticks for a very nice contrast with the light wood. Very nice bentwood ends which is typical for Lutjens. One of the most elegant bookcases ever made. This could be ordered in different variety of shelves and sticks, the bigger the nicer, and more expensive of course. Very good condition with a stain on the lowest shelve as can be seen on the picture.
