Fillekes floor lamp for Artiforte 1955


This is one of the most beautiful fifties lamps ever designed, practical similar to the design by Gilbert Waltrous 1951, but still, I think this lamp has a MUCH better finishing touch than the Waltrous lamp. H Fillekes designed this lamp for Artiforte in 1955 and since one year these lamps have been impossible to find and very wanted because of the timeless design, the lamps fit ANY interior and will be a true centerpiece of attention. I was lucky to have found several of them this month but I only have one more left. This lamp comes from first owners who never removed this lamp so it is in practically new condition! The lamp rests on e black lacquered metal tripod base, and a ball magnet connects this lamp to the arm which ends in a weighted black lacquered metal end. The simple but elegant shade finishes this lamp in pure beauty. Some varieties exist because of minimal productions, but I think this is the nicest of all.
